1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ZeePatch Fantasy Tennis. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZeePatch GmbH ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ZeePatch Fantasy Tennis platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

The Service is intended for users located in Germany. Access to the Service may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

4. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in Euros and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Subscription Services

Some features of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4.2 In-App Purchases

The Service may offer in-app purchases. You acknowledge that in-app purchases are final and non-refundable as permitted by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ZeePatch GmbH and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Germany and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ZeePatch GmbH.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ZeePatch GmbH, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
